Pricing
Price negotiable
Indicative from RM 999 · scoped per site
We don’t sell a fixed RM 999 package. Final price depends on your plugin stack, staff roles, WooCommerce needs, and how deep the white-label goes — WhatsApp your site URL and we’ll quote honestly. Larger widget / dashboard builds typically land up to about RM 4,500.
FAQ
Before you reach out
Is this a website redesign?
No. This customizes the WordPress admin your team logs into — menus, branding, roles, and dashboard widgets. Your public website stays as it is unless you separately request frontend work.
Do you create new WordPress Pages for this?
No public Pages are required. We configure admin screens, hide menus by role, apply white-label branding, and optionally add custom dashboard widgets. Staff still use the same WordPress login.
Does this help SEO?
Admin customization itself is not a ranking factor. It helps your team work faster. Public SEO pages (like this one on r4xn.com) are separate marketing content — not part of the client admin setup.
Will it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. We trim the admin for store staff so they mainly see Orders, Products, Customers, and key reports — with optional summary cards for orders, revenue, and new customers.
Can each staff member see different menus?
Yes. Role-based access means owners keep full control while staff only see what they need — content, orders, or customers — so accidental edits and plugin browsing drop.
Where do you serve in Malaysia?
Remote-first across Malaysia, with bases in Johor Bahru (Johor) and Bahau (Negeri Sembilan). We regularly work with SMEs in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Melaka, Ipoh, and other cities via WhatsApp and screen share.
How long does setup take?
Most standard cleanups finish in 3–7 days after we have admin access and a short staff-role brief. Larger white-label dashboards with custom widgets take longer and are scoped before start.
What do we get after handover?
A cleaned admin, your branding where it matters, a role map for each staff login, a short written guide, and a WhatsApp walkthrough so your team can use it without hunting through clutter.
